Karen is very passionate about her work - and this becomes obvious a soon as you meet her.
From the moment we asked her to perform a miracle on our garden and match our garden with our house she took on responsibility for it as if it were her own personal garden - in fact she still asks us if we are looking after her garden.
Karen spent a large amount of time asking us what we wanted and then suggesting many ideas and putting forward her thoughts as to what the options were and what would look best - we would never have been able to come up with the ideas and alternatives that Karen did.
Once we had a plan in place for our new landscaping Karen carefully selected the best trades people to carry out the work and then commenced work on getting it done. Karen carefully selected the plants that would suit us and our property with love and care - in fact on a number of occasions I saw her crying when she had to take her babies out of their snug pot and place them into the big grown-up garden. But she didn't stop there she then nurtured and fed the plants and came back on several occasions just to make sure that they were OK and that we were looking after them.
Now we have a clear and simple maintenance plan - which was developed specifically for us by Karen - which enables us to care for our new garden in the proper manner.
